Editorial Guidelines for submitting to WebSite
These Editorial Guidelines are designed to help you understand what we accept and not accept for inclusion in our database section. Before you submit to our site, we’d appreciate if you please read this first page.

Editorial Guidelines
- WebSite (QUALIFICATIONS CONTENT)
- MUST BE AN ORIGINAL ARTICLE you wrote. If you work for an author as an employee or contractor and submit your article, please submit the article as if it were the original author, including email address and your name.
- SHOULD NOT BE AN ARTICLE YOU RIPPED-OFF the public domain or purchased (DPP). If you hire a ghost writer to write your articles, you must have an exclusive license allowing * only * your name associated with the production of items for you. Do not waste your time or ours by buying article packs that have non-exclusive licenses as we reject these items. Why are we doing this? # 1) It makes you look like a fraud because you put your name on someone else is already working may be hundreds or thousands of others who have already registered their names on works exactly the same and # 2) we do not want more than one copy of an article in our directory.

- ARTICLE TITLE:
- Your title must be in uppercase and lowercase letters with the first letter of each word is capitalized.
- We will not accept your title in capitals.
- It is not necessary that you learn common words like “a” - “the” - “to” - “for”, etc., we accept this way.
- We do not use quotes around your entire name.
- Do not interrupt your title with a period.
- Please do not submit Microsoft Word quotes in the title. This includes quotes, apostrophes, dashes, double, and 3 points in a row. Replace smart quotes with standard quotes / quotes / double dashes / or 3 times in a row.
- Refrain from excessive repetitive punctuation in your title. An exclamation “!” or question mark “?” Just make a point.
- We do not allow HTML tags of any kind in your title.
- Your title should begin with the first word flush with the left of the box this title.
- We do not allow your author name or any Web site to be in your title.
- Your title should not be keyword stuffed (too many redundant keywords used again and again), but must be read as a natural language as any human being can easily enjoy. Do not over-optimize your TITLE please.
- We do not allow the names of prescription drugs in the title of your article.
- We do not accept a word as the title of the article, a minimum of two unique words is necessary.
- We do not accept articles that use slang or profanity in the title.
- We do not accept articles that are not on the title of the article. You must hand in the body of the article on the promises made in the title of the article.

- YOUR FULL NAME OF AUTHOR: You must include your name and surname of the author of the article.

- Must be a minimum of 400 words and no more than 5,000 words. For us, an ideal size is 400-750 words article. We reserve the right to increase the minimum number of words on what we believe to be saturated niche. If the content of your item falls into these areas, you will be notified during the submission process. These niches may or may not change over time.
- Please do not repeat your title and author name at the top of the article body.
- Copyright must be at the bottom of your article. If you put up your article, we’ll move it to the bottom of the body of the article.
- REPRINT RIGHTS statement in your article, it must be at the bottom of your article. If you turn it up, we’ll move down.

- We will not be automatic formatting of the URLs that are included in the body of your article.
- Your links may not contain a file download of any type.
- We do not knowingly allow any URLs in any of our items that are banned by Google or if your site engages in questionable SEO practices - we may reject your articles.
- We do not accept items that have the same ACTIVE link more than once. Do not submit duplicate URLs.
- We do not allow articles which have strategic keyword anchor text links in the body of your area that do not add informational value of the article. Any use of links to sites anchor text that you own should add value to the subject of the article rather than stand out as an obvious abuse of link anchor text. The objective of this policy is to be a good citizen in net allowing only those items that add value to the anchor text of links rather than for reasons of pure SEO. Please limit your length of anchor text link in a 3-word article that is less than 400 words or 5 words in anchor text if your item is more than 400 words.
Note: Common words are excluded from this number of words. These include: to, is, in, on, and, by, one, one, for, of
Example: In your article, you link the word “bird dog” to an article you wrote about bird dogging. This is a good example of an anchored text link vs. linking the same text to your page to home as it does not really add value. - If you put the two active self serving links that we allow in the body of your article, we will reject it.
- We will not accept articles with links (in the body of the article or resource box) to adult websites, including but not limited to sites that include pornography, pornographic content sexual nature.
- We do not allow links to websites that are under construction. Websites must be active and content to give you a link to these files from your article. We reject your article if it contains a link of this nature.

- EMAIL mailto: LINKS: We strongly recommend including a link to your website, but do not advocate including a mailto: or email link to your email account personal or professional. Spammers will abuse it. It is preferable to include a valid website URL and inform potential customers to find your e-mail on your website.
- KEYWORDS: Adding keywords related to your top section helps us bring more traffic to your article.
- Please make sure you put a comma between each word.
- Ideally, your keywords should be optimized for keywords most frequently searched as published by Overture.com for your particular niche. It lets you use a good tool keyword search to help you determine which ones are best to use.
- You must have a minimum of 4-5 keywords and a maximum of 25.
- We do not accept keywords that are unrelated to the content of your article.
- SUMMARY: The purpose of summary of the article is to give an abstract or summary of the benefits that your item bid.
- Each item must have a 2-5 sentence summary article and does not exceed 200 words. If you do not know what to put in your abstract, simply use the first paragraph of your article.
- We do not allow HTML tags of any kind in your summary section.
- We do not allow blatant self-promotion in your summary section.
- We do not allow your name to be in your author Article summary.
- We do not allow any website URL or email address for your Article Summary
- CATEGORY:
- Category Article or sub-category: Please choose the best category or subcategory on the theme of your article and not the theme of your business. Here are some general tips on how to choose the best category for categories that are often confused.
- Home-Based Business items are permitted in the category Home Based Business. We do not want to see the articles home business in the Business category or subcategory.
- articles on Internet-related business should be in the “Internet & Online Businesses” category or subcategory. We do not want to see the items in the Internet category or sub-categories.
- MLM or Network Marketing articles can only go in the category Home Based Business.
- We do not accept articles Home Based Business in the sub-category of business entrepreneurship.
- articles should go under Affiliate-Revenue Internet & Online Business category.
- Nutrition Articles should not go in the weight loss subcategory, but should be in the subcategory Nutrition. Supplement articles should not go to the Nutrition category but should be in the sub-category of supplements.
- Coaches subcategory of self-improvement is designed for articles on “how to be a coach” rather than articles about coaching a person on a particular topic.
